Main Points of Posture
Sequence:
Tuck in the chin slightly.  Hold the head upright, as if a string were running to an imaginary support from the Bahui (GV 20) on the top of the head.  Relax the shoulders.  Drop the elbows and relax the armpit.  Keep the chest slightly inward and the trunk erect.  Stretch the lower back and relax the abdomen.  Drop the hips.  Close the eyes gently.  Keep the tip of the tongue against the palate.  Unfold the brows.  Hold the hands in front of Dantian.
