Holding A Ball

Stand with feet parallel and flat on the floor, shoulder-width apart.  Bend the knees slightly to the point where you just see the big toe over the end of the knee.  Keep the head and trunk erect,   the chest slightly inward.  Raise the arms to about the level of the chest or abdomen and bend them gently, and extend the fingers naturally as if holding a soft ball.
