The Sinew-Transforming Exercise

It  is one of the dynamic qigong styles, focusing on combination of posture, breathing and mind.  It can change the body from weak to strong and thereby build up health.  It is effective for eliminating fatigue, good for people of mental labor, and patients with cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, cervical and lumber diseases, etc.
